Dr. Lodi Live 1.5.25

[00:00:00] Anyway, welcome to Sunday Night Live and we are, and Monday Morning Live if you're over here on this part of the world. And just we're just changing the staff that helps make all this happen. So it can happen actually better.

And so we're in transition. It should be from now on just be much, much better. And a lot of, a lot of different things planned as for the membership groups, what I'm going to do what we're going to do is we're adding to the content, so it's not just me. I'll be adding Darren and.

Vanessa, you may know them. Darren is the kinesiologist and will teach us all how to move and that we don't have to freak out in a gym for three hours and sweat in order to become strong and, and healthy. And the the goal is to be healthy, feel good, and for a long time. And if it's not for a long time, because no one knows how long we have.

Right? I don't know if I'll be here tomorrow. Nobody does. But for as long as we have, let's [00:01:00] it be, we want it to be fantastic. We want to be dancing on our last day. Healthy and laughing and enjoying life on our last day. So, that's, that's it. Anyway, so Darren will show us how to do that. And you don't have to go running a marathon.

You don't have to lift extremely high weights to be healthy. And you don't have to, but you need to keep moving throughout the day. And there are things you can do to develop type two muscle fibers so that you don't wither away if you're getting older or if you're sick and you're not moving around too much and you notice that your muscles are starting to atrophy.

There's, there are ways you can do it. Short, 30 second bursts of energy, as much as you have, because it's not as much as somebody else has, but as much as you have just for 30 seconds, run as fast as you can for 30 seconds. Or from sit, sit, stand, sit, stand, sit, stand, as many as you can in 30 seconds. [00:02:00] Do three sets of those a couple times a day.

That's amazing for your, for your

your grip, grip strength, which is a measure of your total body strength. And strength correlates with longevity, and strength correlates with with well being, scientifically. All right, so, now. There's that, there's different things we can do it. So Darren will be on the way it looks now every other Tuesday and Vanessa will be on the Tuesdays as he's not that's Tuesday.

My day, that's your Monday,

your Wednesday, your Tuesday. You're right. I'm I'm right. That's right. Your Tuesday, my Wednesday, he'll be on. And then every other week it'll be Vanessa and Vanessa is my health coach, she's been with me for many years. And she'll be teaching in detail, all the little things that we talk about, right, and what the details of it and.

You'll love it. You're just gonna, you're gonna get a lot of real practical information on that. And then we're gonna have Kathy's corner [00:03:00] where Kathy, who has been with us for quite a while, she's on all these groups and she is a trained therapist. She's been doing this for a long time, 30 years, something like that.

And been working with people and she's gonna just help us all. Yeah, we understand all the stuff we're going through and we know what we need to do. We need to take this. We need to go to sleep at that time. We need to move around. We need to meditate. We need to do all that. But, but in the end, how do we feel?

How are we feeling? about all this. Are we scared? Are we, are we frenetic? Are we going crazy? What's going on inside? And that's, that's where she's going to help us. Come to be comfortable with that and understand what's going on with us. And and realize that a lot of times

you know, our feelings are not really acknowledged. We don't really acknowledge our feelings. We kind of just skip over them and slide over them. We're almost afraid to feel them because we're, we want it. We stay [00:04:00] busy to avoid them. And we're gonna learn how to, how to, how to deal with it and realize that they're okay and they're normal and they're natural.

And then we'll find out that underneath all that feeling, there is this wonderful, accepting human being. You just don't know it because it's all, it's all clouded with we have all these shoulds and coulds and all these s horrible. Scenarios that were told, right? And I'm here to tell you that those scenarios are a hundred percent not true.

They're not based on anything except lies. I'm telling you that, all that. All right. And even though I tell you that inside you, you're, you can't believe it. It was, she's going to help you deal with that. And that's a very important part. We need Kathy's corner. We need a place where we can let it out, express it, be comfortable with expressing emotions that not, that don't necessarily have anything to do with what we're doing in our lives.

To try to heal or any of that sort of thing. It's a very important part to have a place where you, where it's okay to feel the way you feel [00:05:00] and other people feel that way too. And you know what's interesting is once we know that many people feel this way, and once we realize that we're not alone then that it's an aspect of it that we don't even realize is freed because we think we're all alone.

We think this is our journey and our drama, and no one knows it, no one understands it, but we realize that, oh, all these guys understand it. I'm not alone. That's a big deal. That's a big deal. So, and I'm not describing it the way Kathy will. So anyway, and we're not sure how that's going to look. Are we going to have a place you can post?

There'll probably be a telegram group. Anyway, we're not sure how that'll work, but that'll be a big part of it. Our emotional response to this madness and then those other two, the third one of the fourth one will probably be with either Tinson, you may know of or actually actually master Sanji or maybe both.

To help us learn how to meditate, [00:06:00] right? Cause we all know we need to meditate, but it's not often easy. In fact, it's most often not easy. So, you know, and really it doesn't matter. The master Saji comes from a Hindu tradition and Tenzin comes from a Buddhist tradition, Dalai Lama. It doesn't matter because they all come from the same tradition.

And even in, in deep prayer, Franciscan monks, ,

We're all in, they all go into a place of where the mind turns off and you're in, you're in the presence of God. And that's what meditation is. When you turn off your perception, your perspective, and you just are there to get to that place where your mind is silenced and you're in the presence of God is meditation, and if you don't yet know about God, then say your mind just turns off and you are allowing.

You're able to [00:07:00] experience the moment truly because none of us really experience moments. We're always, our minds always, you know how our mind is, right? After next Tuesday, once she graduates, as soon as he gets married, you know, life is like always going to happen and I didn't do this and I didn't do that.

You know, we're all over the place and we just forget and we don't get the gift of now. The gift of now is an eternal gift actually because it's always now by the way. Anyway. We need to get there. And so we need people because we know that the mind directly affects our immune system. It's called psycho neuro immunology.

We know that our mind will suppress our immune system or it will allow it to fly and be strong. Okay? So negative emotions, negative thoughts, suppress the immune system. Since we can't control what we think, we have to learn how to just stop thinking. And once you stop thinking, you're in a condition called bliss.

Really, you know, this is the same place. If you look [00:08:00] at a dog and a dog's not eating, just sitting there, it's gone. That's where they are. Or a cat. You know, any any creature that is not not not plagued with the mind is in the is totally present. It's where we get to when we serve when we catch that way, where we get to when we lift off the top of a ski.

So it's where we get to when we're into music, we're listening to music, we're dancing or whatever would You know, that's not doing, it's just we're present. You know, we don't dance to get to a certain spot on the floor and we don't play music to reach the last chord. It's, it's, it's that moment. It's the moment where we can let go.

We all know about that place where we're stopped thinking in something called orgasm. That's a moment where you're not, you may have been thinking before and you may be thinking after, but at that moment you don't. And so the, there are different ways of getting to the place where the mind is shut off.

And we seek those in our lives, right? I can't, I gotta go skiing, you know, you [00:09:00] know, it's skiing season again. You know, I gotta get surfing. We're, you know, surf's up where, where surf up dancing, music, musicians got to keep playing, whatever it is that gets us to the place where we can turn off the mind and be present because when we're present, regardless of what's going on, it's blissful.

That's just the nature of it. All right. And you don't have to know that you'll see it. You'll feel it. You'll experience it, but you won't know that, you know, until you're done because you won't be there to have known it anyway. We've got to learn to bring that into our lives so that as we go through our lives and we run into situations multiple times a day that we don't like, we should have, I wish I could have told that guy, you know, what, you know, all kinds of stuff.

We're frustrated trying to park, whatever it is. We're going through all this stuff all day long. If we could learn to access that plot place, we could go through these things and be fine, not be affected by it. Yeah. I got to go through it. Yeah. I got to try to park. Yeah. I got to go to court today. Yeah.

Whatever it is. [00:10:00] If you're there in that place, you're fine. So we have to learn how to access that so that we can navigate, negotiate life, right? So the membership is going to expand in terms of content, and I'm still going to be doing what I'm doing. We're going to have our, our talks, our you know, there's two ways we do the, we do the talks on the zoom you're all on the zoom.

So we're, it's not like you have to send in questions beforehand. You ask the questions immediately and I answer them. I'll ask you, what did you mean? It's a real time interaction, but many times what I'll be doing is starting out the session with some sort of 20 30 minute discussion on a subject that we're all interested in, that's relative to the group we're in, whether we're in the CFC group, whether we're in the parasite group, or whether we're in the health and healing group, whatever it is, talk about a subject.

If it's health and healing, we might talk about what? Why sleep is important. What is sleep about? Tell me about the 90 minute cycles. Tell me about going to bed early. What does all that mean? How does that affect my [00:11:00] health? Fasting, eating, running, laughing, hiking relationships. How are all that health and healing?

The other group, parasites. What kind of parasites are there? Ectoparasites that lay eggs and those guys go in under your skin. The larva go in under your skin. Larva of a fly is also called a maggot. They go in under your skin. And they move around and you think you're feeling things, you know, you're feeling these and everybody says you're crazy.

You're not crazy So those are ectoparasites. Those are horrible and most people don't have them Most people have what are called endoparasites and endoparasites by the way We know for at least a century and a half that they're 100 related to cfc's We know that we know that at to what degree it depends on who you're talking to if you're talking to royal raymond reif That's what causes it.

So, I can do a guy named Weber in Munich, Germany. He'll tell you the same. A lot of people are going to tell you that that's what they [00:12:00] are. That's what it is. So, anyway, we'll talk about and so I'll, I'll, I'll talk about one of the subjects in that, the world of parasites and then we'll have a question and answer.

And then the, the other one will be the CFC. We'll talk about something relative to CFC. Whether it's estrogen receptors, whether it is um,

uh, colon receptors, Colon CFCs, whether it is the question of whether or not to get a surgery, whether or not to go for radiation. You know, all these things, we'll talk about each of those, like, in detail. What's up with radiation? Are there any benefits? Can I ever do it? Should I do it? Are there times when I should do it?

Should I never do it? How about surgery? How about chemo? What about, what's going on with this immuno, onco immunology, immuno oncology, what is that? Checkpoint inhibitors. Do they work? Are they working? Um,

uh, Some new crazy stuff coming out and this goes for all fields. I don't know if you've all heard about What do they call the med bed? [00:13:00] Anybody heard of that med bed? Anybody?

Why don't I get rid of this?

I got this. It says it rate your conversation. Go away. Go away. Go away. Okay, go away. Go away What the hell

do I get rid of it?

How do I get rid of this? I don't want this. I'm So this bot came on my Is there a way to click it off? Is there a way to turn, get rid of this? Where's the X? Rate my conversation. Fantastic. Now go away. I had a great conversation. Never had a better conversation. Go away.

How can I help you? You can help me by going away. That's the best thing you could ever do. I can't see everybody's stuff.

Okay, I can't see anybody's stuff.

Alright, so here's a question. What can cause consistent headaches? Only at night, nothing ever shows up. You tell me where the headaches are. Front? Are they in the back? Is it pounding?

It's when you lie down, so what's happening there, you know? There's a lot of things that happen with the body, the re [00:14:00] equilibration of fluids and things happen when you lie, when you lie flat. So I, a lot of questions I have to ask you, Pamela. Come on, how do I get rid of this? Help, go away. How?

Okay, let me ask them, how do I get you away?

God. Oh my. Alright, hey.

My name is Patricia Lykova. I have a sum of 700, 000 euros. My spiritual father advised me to make the gift to an ideal and humble person. If you're interested, hmm. Thank you. Say Patricia, I mean, lovely, lovely, incredible gesture. I don't know what it means, but I'm sure you can give that to somebody. All right.

And Reese, you're not, I go away.

All right, you guys. Okay. Talk about getting, so anyway, so that's our membership group. The three groups are going to expand them tremendously. I want to, or all the other thing I forgot to tell you, the other part of the [00:15:00] groups are going to be we're going to have my daughter is a raw chef artist.

Culinary artist and here's the thing about eating healthy food, right? Theoretically, it doesn't matter how much data I have to show you that eating this way It's going to save your life to make you feel better if you don't like it

Irrelevant why because if even if you don't like it and you say well i'm going to do it anyway Because it's good for inside your feelings of

your feelings are suppressing your immune system

So that any good you might have gotten from it you won't get it won't be available because you'll be suppressing your immune system

You're feeling of being deprived of something, you know, anyway, there's just feelings we have. They don't need a name, but they're negative feelings and they suppress it. So you've got to go, wow, that's fantastic. So that's her art. She can say [00:16:00] any country, Zimbabwe, what do you like to eat? Okay, give me the recipe.

Let's turn it into something healthy and you can do that. So we're going to have her on. We're not sure how that's going to look. I'm going to talk to her probably today or tomorrow about are we going to do a different recipe every, every other week or every week or all that. And then I wanted to actually set up a course so that you can get all the fundamentals.

Because the thing is, what if the food you're eating is you like, you can't wait to eat it. You have cravings, you love it. And it happens to be human food. Imagine that. And it takes care of. Imagine if you could bring those together, because usually it's the opposite. Usually that's what tastes good. It's not really that good, that healthy for us.

And that which doesn't taste good

is a good for us. Yeah. You know, so that's so cool. That's not cool. Anyway. So we're going to bring those together. Why? And that coincides with the book I'm trying to write. I [00:17:00] was writing years ago. And it's called why it has to taste good. Very important. I mean, not only very important, essential eating and eating is kind of important.

So we agree to that. So we're going to have the eating part. We're going to have to prepare a food prep. How do I make a healthy dish? That is good for me. How do I make many of them? How do I make snacks? How do I, how do I

How do I turn this mind, this monster off? How do I deal with him? How do I accept my emotions? Can I be, what do I do with these emotions that are inside of me? What do I do with them? Then how do I get, I need more knowledge. I need more knowledge on everything. And Vanessa will talk about everything from how to read labels when you go shopping and what's the difference to our what is a smoothie?

What are cruciferous vegetables really that good? I mean, I, I, there's so much to it. What is food? All the things that we talked about. She's going to take, she'll take in the detail and then there is a show us [00:18:00] how to move and have fun with it. What he says really is forget exercise and all this stuff.

Let's just play. Let's learn how to play again. Let's get back to the way kids are. Kids don't go out and say, Hey, listen, I want to exercise. They go, I want to play. Let's go play. That's what they do. All right. A merry heart is good medicine. Yep. Absolutely.

All right. So that's what's gonna be. So it's gonna be an incredibly compact and then I'm gonna still be doing what I'm doing. So it should be an amazing groups. And remember, if you're in the parasite group, you automatically have access to it are part of the health and healing group. And if you're in the CFC group, you've got access to that are part of the other two.

So

this is that we won't focus on parasites or anything in the health of you. You're just gonna do help. You're not gonna focus on complications of life called adaptive group. Physiologic adaptive physiology aka also known by the Rockefellers as There's a disease over there and there's a germ over there and they're waiting to get and there's even [00:19:00] more coming now We've got diseases germs and these nanobots not only these nanobots.

We've got these EMF. Yeah, we got everything gonna get you Okay, so

we know all that century, by the way, you all know what's happening in the world, right? I don't I don't All I know is one thing, forever, for sure. This for sure. You can be, you can be, you can count on this for sure. Whatever's on the main stage is not happening. That is a distraction and something else is happening.

The main stage is, did you ever go see Siegfried and Roy? Or did you ever go see, who's the other guy? There's some really great people. Great magicians. Okay, they've got you over here and they're doing something over here. Magic. Magic is distraction and then choo. So, all I can say is whatever's going on on the main stage, what's going on on our main stage?

Our main stage right now is what? Look at that. We had [00:20:00] this incredible election and, like, it's dreams come true. Everything's gonna get better now. This and that and we got this guy, this, oh my god, blah, blah, blah. That's the main show.

Yay, okay, so let's find our questions for the week and I know they're somewhere. I'm going to find them in a minute

by the way, you all know we're going to we're trying to drift over to x so I can have a non censored uncensored way of communicating with you folks With you and I want to do it with you. I want to not me talking at you I want to be able to interact we're going to do that. I want to go over to x so I don't need to always be coughing and not saying instead.

I just want to be able to express

Where is,

where would it be? Uh,

no, no, no. Don't worry. It's coming.

Ah, here.

I did didn't get a chance to look at your questions at all this week because of this transition and there we go. And I got Alman [00:21:00] money,

Mond. This got a lot to say this morning. Okay. Money. Money

by the way. I was, I slept all day yesterday. Here's some questions. Okay, great. Now, this is from Suzanne, and Suzanne says I was diagnosed with colon CFCs three and a half years ago and shortly afterwards had surgery. It hasn't gone away since then and has recurred for the third time. The first two times I succumbed to surgery, first of the left, left lobe of my liver, and second, a small chunk of my left lung.

Now there's a two centimeter nodule in the same lung and a one centimeter nodule where my liver was resected. I would do so many things differently, but hindsight, it's 2020. My naturopath recommended surgery again, if it's possible, but I'm not [00:22:00] interested. He also recommended a neoantigen CFC vaccine that's fairly new but showing promise, as well as photodynamic therapy and off label drugs, particularly ivermectin, fenbendazole, and Lodov's naltrexone.

I've just started the ivermectin. I'm very interested in your input. You have encouraged me through. What you've shared in your videos, podcasts, many times, reinforce my belief that I will heal. Okay, I see, I don't see another option. Suzanne, there is no other option than healing. I mean, the only other option is not healing.

That's not, that's not an option. So there is no other option. What your naturopath is doing is unfortunately what most

integrative, oncological type doctors, whether they're naturopaths or homeopaths or allopaths, doesn't matter what their osteopath, it's not, they don't,

don't seem to have the whole [00:23:00] picture. You don't seem to have the whole picture. don't know. I'm really doing dealing. It's just, it's just not a, it's not enough. It's yeah, that's good with what he's suggesting. Except for the surgery. Yeah, that's good. But it's part of something that should be part of other things.

So yeah, but that no, I mean, so and if you do a little bit, if you do too little, that's not enough too little. By definition, it's not enough and not enough is not okay. Okay. It's not okay. So what is okay is doing exactly what we need to do to heal. All right. So, so you had two surgeries and as you can see what they took off part of your liver and your lung and it, it seems to have grown back there in those spots where they took it out, which is extremely common.

All right. And what it means is, is it's a reminder to you and to anybody else who's interested. Problem with that poison apple tree is not the apples and you [00:24:00] can cut off all those apples and you're going to have a harvest Next fall. All right, so don't worry about the apples unless the apple apple is causing you to choke or something Then you got to get rid of the apple But otherwise you got to figure out how this apple is coming to be and stop it And that's what we need to do.

So the question is suzanne Biological dentists, even if you went, even if you had the best in the world, go back, make sure you get a cone beam, make sure that there's nothing else there. I can't tell you, because I've tried, how

critically important this is.

It, there's, just, for now, believe me. And I'll I have a seminar on biological dentistry, which you can see. I've interviewed Dr. Emma Abramian on my website. Podcasts which are on my website. Dr. Lodi. com. You can go there see those, but I'm just telling you You've got to get that done and get it done, right?

So, I don't know where you are, but if you're anywhere near california, you've got to go to see dr [00:25:00] Emma in glendale, california, if not we've got to find a biological dentist near you who is certified by iaomt certified not just a member and certified with smart for mercury removal and uses certain things, uses ozone to, to sterilize both gas and ozonated water, uses PRF to play the risk fiber doesn't save root canals, you don't save root canals, there are no, there's no way to save something that's dead, it's dead, get rid of it.

You don't use any metals, including titanium, no metals and there's certain things that you just don't do and you do do. They have a real biological dentist and you've gotta get a 3D cone beam CT to be able to read it. That's essential. Next, we've gotta clean you out. When did you detox? It doesn't matter how many people do we do.

We know that we need to detox every day because we detoxify every day. And the way we detox every day is by only eating [00:26:00] within a six hour window, a four hour window. Ideal. Actually, ideal is two hours, but he trying to get out. Let me just push him out. I'm sorry. Okay. Okay. Bye. Bye. Bye. Yeah. Sorry. I'm sorry.

Almond. Anyway.

Anyway, when we, we eat every day, so we, we, we, we toxify every day, okay? There's no food, there's no perfect food, right? If we, if we divide food, is that which, when ingested, becomes, is turned into flesh, blood, or energy? Then we realize that even a beautiful organic apple some part of it is going to have to be eliminated Well, it won't all come out.

It won't all be assimilated Therefore there are different degrees of what we call food food is a pure substance That's you know, perhaps mana, you know, which just dropped from heaven that maybe that was food 100 percent otherwise, there's not one of the Maybe even the most digestible substance

are melons melons are pure And then they have to be eaten alone and we usually use them to break water fast. [00:27:00] So for every seven days of a water fast, we do one day of melons, right? So you can figure it out. If you did a 30 day water fast, and that's often not enough either. Why? Because it's, it's, it's engaging your, your, your, your digestive apparatus, but very mildly, it's just kind of getting it back into motion.

Right. You know, if you've been immobile because you had a fractured femur and you haven't moved your leg very much or, and your fractured ankle, you know, And you really haven't moved your leg very much. You don't get up and start jogging, right? So it's the same kind of thing. If you've had, if you've immobilized your immune your digestive system, then when you do get up, when you start using it, you take it slowly.

So there are ways of breaking a cleanse. I mean, that's what a melon is. But in terms of food.

There are different degrees of food and then that which cannot be assimilated, we just have to call it poison, or you call it something else. Okay, so there's food and poison just on two, to have two ends of a spectrum. Food assimilated, poison cannot. I mean, yeah. [00:28:00] And there are different degrees of poison, right?

This is more poison. This you eat, you're dead in three minutes. This you eat. This you continue to ingest and 35 years later you'll develop something, you know, so there's different degrees of it. And then there's that which is inert, like, the, the, the the indigestible stuff called cellulose that comes out, right, in the apple.

You can't, can't turn it into food, can't turn it into stuff, into us, so it has to come out. But it's not poison in, in, in the sense that it's hurting us, it just doesn't Have any value, any use other than, but it does have use. That's the thing about nature. It's so incredibly beautiful. It does have use, it has value as it's going out.

It's cleaning and it's absorbing and it has incredible use. So I guess we'd have to call Poison is that which actually has not only, not only does not have that use, but it's gonna do damage. Alright. So we'll have to call it food. Poison and We'll have to redefine food as including that which is necessary to keep the apparatus clean, [00:29:00] but doesn't get converted Okay, we'll do that.

Well, i'm going to revise that then okay so Anyway, so as we're eating throughout the day, we're going to get toxic. We're going to get toxic from emotions We're going to get toxic from being being exposed to what we're 21st century here So detoxification even though you did a long one, you've got to keep doing it.

It's something you got to keep doing Okay, just like you eat Sleep, breathe, use the bathroom, all the things that we do, we have to also cleanse every day, okay? And that's how our body's designed, by the way. The body is designed, it's got x amount of energy, right? And it's got to assimilate what's coming into it and

convert it into nutrients or parts converted into parts that are missing and converted into energy. and and then eliminate it. So it's a lot of work. That is right. Then the other part is cleaning up because there's a lot of metabolic waste. There's a [00:30:00] lot of waste and toxins from the outside. So there's all sorts of things that need to be cleaned up.

So they're both have to be, have to be occurring simultaneously because if you don't clean up, you'll wind up having too much waste around to be able to accomplish the work. So it's, it's a equal. Now, if you stop eating, if you don't eat. 18 minimum 18 hours a day and you're only eating six hours a day.

That means 18 hours a day. Your body's cleaning. That's very, very important. And we, and I'll mention this today and hopefully another 800, 000 times. I hope I'm alive long to say 800, 000 times more. 200 million times that we, uh, what was it? I forgot the hair.

Well, how did that just got anyway? Amazing. Anyway. Okay. So anyway, so we're, so we're eating and we're, we're cleaning. Now the cleaning [00:31:00] part, when you're eating within a two hour window. Right. You can need a lot of nutrients, by the way, real food, real food that was designed for human beings in its natural state has everything we could need. It's a, it's a.

It's a complete, very nutrient dense and then eating it, chewing it properly. And, you know, that two hours of eating would be, would be almost ceremonial, you know, where you, you know, You have congenial people, you have people around that you love and care about or friends and you're not in a hurry to go anywhere and the food is real food and you're chewing it, all that, and it's being assimilated.

Okay, so that would be, in there, is everything you would need within two hours, you could definitely, all your nutritional requirements, you'd be surprised how much, how little we really do require. And all the rest is all is other stuff. And even if you have extra good stuff, I think the word good and bad, if you have extra extra elements of, [00:32:00] of, of, of foods that would have extreme, extremely high value, if you can't use them at a time, they have to either be stored or eliminated period.

Right? So that means you have extra work and all that. So by eating just enough of what we need is perfect. Right, then it gets assimilated that takes a good eight ten hours to get out to get the simulated work Out now we're cleaning up totally just cleaning up right? So again, so But at least 18 hours.

That'll give you at least 8 hours of that. You also want to stop eating at least 5 hours before sleep, right? I'm gonna leave it at 5 because it doesn't matter how old you are. It varies, if you're younger it can be 3, if you're older it has to be 6, but 4 5 hours. So that you go to sleep empty, not absorbing, and then you'll get the full value of sleep.

So you do all that. So I don't know if you're doing that or not. I don't know if you're doing that. And And even if you are [00:33:00] doing that, you still have to take out, we, we, we still have to, have to take at least four times a year, two weeks of a cleanse. And that cleanse can be 100 percent juice, fresh juice that we drink and don't eat, like we drink a lot of it, three, four liters a day.

Or it's a water fast, the only true fast in the world, the water fast. Or it's one week of juice, three days of water, and the rest of the juice. You could, or you could do five, five, five, something like that. Five juice, five water, five juice. Whatever it is, four times a year. Two solstices, two equinoxes to cleanse.

Same reason that you, you, you take your, you get your oil changed four times a year. It's just something you do to maintain to keep, you know, to, to eliminate the toxins. Alright, that's how we should, so we live our lives so that we're eliminating, we're giving our bodies a time to eliminate toxins daily, so that we don't accumulate too much.

And really great would be to skip one [00:34:00] day,

a week, alright. Now, so we do all that, plus we have these four times a year, we do a good cleanse. That's, that's, that's ideal. Now,

there's something very magical that happens when we don't eat. But we are well hydrated. I'm not talking about not eating, well hydrated. There's something very magical happens. The body cleanses and it renews in a way that we, that can't just simply cannot happen while you're eating. The biochemistry won't allow it.

And so therefore, if you eat every other day,

you're only fasting one day. Anybody can fast one day and I'll eat tomorrow. Imagine getting that mindset. Do you realize at the end of the year, you will have, you will have fasted six months. Now that's not the same. A one day fast is still not the same as a one week.

It's not the same, but

in many cases it's even more important and in some cases it's not. The other one is to skip two days or skip three days. So I think, I think that the one that is ideal that has been found to [00:35:00] be compatible with long, long, long, long life. What do you mean by long? 800 years, 900 years. What's he talking about?

This guy, you know, this loady guy. All right, anyway, every, if you were to eat every fourth day, skip three, and you ate real food.

All right, and I'm, I'm ready for a billion arguments of why that's not true, and then and then then we can have an equal number saying that it is true, and then, Let's have let's realize that we're not going to be able to prove it. Except that it has already been proven. And that's in literature that you won't be, you wouldn't want to know.

You wouldn't, you're not interested in that. But there's actually truth. Anyway, it turns out intermittent fasting is, fasting is 24 hours not eating, not taking nourishment. Fasting is 24 hours with no nourishment. One more time. Fasting is 24 hours with no nourishment. Therefore, intermittent fasting would [00:36:00] be, Not eating once a day.

Yeah. I only eat twice. I eat from six. It doesn't matter. You're eating that day. You're not fasting. It's a healthy way of eating. It's not a fast. It's 24 hours. Intermittent fasting would be eating every not eating, not eating twice a week, not eating on Sundays, right? That's intermittent fasting.

Intermittent fasting is what animals in the wild do because they don't find food every day. And then they won't find food. They might eat for three days and then not find food. Right? Especially carnivores, like the big lions and tigers. Right? Which is why they have large stomachs. Their stomachs are bigger than other non carnivore stomachs.

Because they bite vertically. Their jaws only go vertical. They bite and they swallow those chunks and they sit in there. Those chunks sit in there. And to be digested over, over time. Okay. They have bigger stomachs. Okay. [00:37:00] They don't have much of a colon at all. They were designed to eat flesh.

In fact, the lions, tigers, cats, and all them, they're obligate carnivores. They have to have them and they have to eat them alive. Yes. So carnivores actually eat animals alive. So the scavengers. Like hyenas and dogs and wolves, don't care about eating the animals alive. They'll eat them alive if they have to, but they're lazy.

They'd rather just eat the next corpse they run into. So that's corpse eaters. Difference between the corpse eaters and the, um, carnivores. Okay, so just keep that in mind. When you're talking to people around the world who claim to be this and that and this and that so going back to our question here. Where were you? I hope that wasn't it.

Is that you there? You are there you are cool. [00:38:00] Okay, so going back to suzanne Now, your, all of your questions are really good questions, they're very important, we're going to get to them, but your questions are, what do I do, do, do, do, do, to, what do I take, take, take, what interventions do I need to use to ensure that I can get rid of this?

Okay, that's one part of the program. The program is how do I stop making it, then how do I eliminate what's there, and then how do I wake up this immune system that's been put to sleep? Those are the three parts of healing, of healing from all this. Okay, and there's a lot to it. So we, if we look at each category, how do I stop doing it?

That goes to everything from cleansing, like we're talking about, including colon hydrotherapy, lymphatic therapy, um, what else? You know, fasting, cleansing, eating, and then learning how to eat right. Balancing hormones, healing your GI tract balancing the autonomic nervous system, balancing your immune system.

Turning off the mind, all of [00:39:00] that has to do, going to sleep early, moving, all that stuff has to do with stop making it. Because really, if you stop making it, it doesn't matter how big it is, as long as it's not harming you right now, as long as you're able to function. If you're able to function, then you'll live your normal life.

And if you're in pain, I'm not talking about that. The point is, you gotta stop producing it, number one. Number two, you have to get rid of what's there, because you don't want it there, it's a problem. And number three, you gotta wake up the immune system. Why? Because it'll take care of all the stuff we're talking about.

So we gotta do all three of those. So, what I'm saying now is, you've gotta be changing your cleansing and all that sort of thing, so you stop producing more. Now we can get rid of it. We gotta stop producing more because even if we get rid of this Suzanne, it's gonna come back because we haven't stopped making it.

Alright, so you've gotta do the dental thing. The real, real, real dental. And cleansing. And then eating food. Keeping the colon [00:40:00] clean. Lymphatic work. You can get a certified lymphatic therapist. Hard to find. Certified lymphatic therapist who knows how to do electrodermal. Electrolymphatic therapy, electrolymphatic therapy.

And then movement. If you're moving around all the time, all right, you know, so, you know, once we get these groups going with, with Jenna, with Vanessa, Vanessa and Darren and everybody, if any of you want to take private lessons with them, that's more than okay. They're happy to do that. Regardless of where they are, they'll do it by Zoom.

And, and we'll work out schedules. But that might be something that you'd be interested in doing. For example you're not quite clear on a few things. You could make a private lessons with Vanessa. You want to get, you want to work out a particular schedule for yourself in terms of movement, you'll spend you'll do some private lessons with there.

I don't know. Kathy is also very open to working with people on an individual basis for [00:41:00] long term. Just to help you keep things in check, right? So that your emotions don't get in the way of you succeeding in life, right? Emotions can, right? Emotions, right? Emotions are physiological correlates to thoughts.

So a thought with no physiological correlate is a thought. Thought like 4x plus y equals 7. No emotion there. Unless of course it's the one, it's the one question you didn't get right on your test. No, other than that, it's okay. There's really no emotion. But then there are other ones that are quite emotional. I mean, and then these emotions can be just destroy you. Right. The word like a seemingly neutral, fairly neutral word, like a cousin, my cousin, you could have had an experience with your cousin that right.

So, anyway, So there's thoughts and there's emotions and they, [00:42:00] they mix and we're in trouble. We're in trouble if we can't deal with it. So that's one thing. So Kathy is good at that. She's been doing it for decades now. And she's, she's there to help you keep it all into a place where it's okay. You can live with it and you can and use it and resolve some of it.

And, you know, that's all important. So again, and if you don't, if you don't take care of those emotions, you can't heal either. That's what you gotta be doing, Suzanne. I don't know your situation, but in terms of ivermectin and fenbendazole you can't just, I'm gonna take ivermectin, it's no, you gotta take three or four of them, ivermectin, fenbendazole, and niclosamide.

Or ivermectin, mebendazole, and nalclosamine. Or ivermectin, and albendazole, and nalclosamine. And you want to take a couple of antiprotozoles, like nitazoxanide might be, Nitazoxanide might be fine by itself. Nitazoxanide, also called Alinea. Or you could take that, and tinidazole. Tinidazole. [00:43:00] And then you might take an antifungal.

But, you've gotta be taking those. Like, three weeks on, one week off. Three weeks on, one week off. It's not just one, I'll try one or the other. LDL, low dose naltrexone, you want to take it every night before you go to sleep, okay? And three, three milligrams up to 4. 5 milligrams. It's going to stimulate your immune system.

The only time you might have trouble taking it is if you're taking a narcotic for pain. If you're taking a narcotic for pain, then it could make the narcotic not work as much. However, it's such a low dose, it really doesn't do that, do it that much.

And these little things that have come back, I think we can easily get rid of them, but we've again, we've got to get rid of whatever toxins are, we've got to live a life that's not toxic. And we've got to learn to turn this buddy off this your best friend in there is also your worst enemy. Imagine that.

And and then so that now we're going to use non toxic ways of killing the CFCs, [00:44:00] right, such as vitamin C so you've got to be taking. Vitamin C, the right way. We've talked about it before. And one more time, you need to have 50 micromoles per liter of ascorbate in your system when you're fasting.

Fasting ascorbate has to be that. That comes out to be about 2. 8 milligrams per deciliter of ascorbate in your system when you're not eating on a fast. So the only way you're going to get to that is by taking it every day. You gotta take about 8 grams a day. And you can take that as liposomal, which is 2 grams liposomal, 4 times a day.

Liposomal, sodium ascorbate. Not liposomal, ascorbic acid liposomal. Sodium ascorbate. Okay, do that. And You've got to be taking, or, or, or take the powder, like, sodium ascorbate in a liter of water and mix it all, put eight grams and then sip it seven to seven, twelve hours, because every sip will be less than two hundred milligrams, so you can absorb it all, or about two hundred milligrams, you can only absorb [00:45:00] two hundred milligrams at a time in your duodenum, in your swollen intestines.

Now, the vitamin A, you've got to be taking mixed carotenoids. Upper limits of normal, whatever the reference range you have at your lab. Upper limits of normal, last one or two numbers. Vitamin D needs to be up around 100, 120, 150, doesn't matter. There's no really toxic, no one's ever found the toxic amount of vitamin D.

Believe it or not, no one has ever had it. They tried to fool us into thinking that there was a toxic vitamin D. I mean, I've checked mine and I say, Oh my gosh, it's 250, maybe I should lower it. Why? Because I thought I heard that. Vitamin D is extremely important for immune system. And the other thing,

Valasta, Valasta, Valasta, Valasta is a carotenoid like the vitamin A, but it's been it's been connected to a a glucose molecule so it gets into your cells easily. Very good. It also gets [00:46:00] into CFCs, but because they're, they've got all these extra insulin receptors and they need a lot more glucose, they get it all in and it's too much.

It winds up increasing the pH and the oxygen too much and they die. Pretty good stuff. You also need iodine and you gotta, and you gotta balance your thyroid and you need melatonin. Those are the things you need to be taking every day and you're eating regular, all that, that could even be enough, but then you want to get intravenous vitamin C, you can get intravenous ozone, you get intravenous artesonate, there's all kinds of intravenous.

Non toxic therapies you can do and if it's real and you're not in that situation right now If you've only got those two lesions, you're not in that situation where you would have to do IPT But there are situations and then the waking of the immune system the interleukin 2 we need GCMOF done appropriately After you've had interleukin 2, you can't just do GCMOF 5 sen alpha 1, methionine and keflin, 5 amino acid.

These are peptides. All of that stuff very [00:47:00] essential again We've got to turn off the Suppression of the immune system that has happened as a result of these CFCs. So we do all three of these at once. So that's the answer to your question and everybody's question. Now we have Hailey, how to dissolve a brain tumor, a glioblastoma.

Okay, so Hailey saying you have got to, I don't know if it's you or someone you know, you gotta get to a biological dentist. We've had, I've had Bri glioblastomas taken care of by combination of getting rid of titanium implants, root canals. And then later on having to redo it and get rid of the bone, the dead bone and anti parasitics and the glial went away.

Otherwise glials don't go away. There's not really much else that could affect that can do that. The other thing you might think of is there are parasites that get into the brain. We know the toxoplasmosis does that. A taxa toxoplasma will do that from cats. We [00:48:00] know that the

the cysts, it can form cysts in the brain from the tapeworm, from the larva of tapeworm. It can get, it can get cysts in the brain, multiple, it can cause, that's not the same as a glio. So a glio Is most likely due to a combination of what's going on in the head dental, like,

And EMF,

And or a parasite that's not been discovered or that we don't know about.

But you've got to be working on the area, but you've got to do everything I just mentioned to Suzanne about healing. I mean, all those three aspects have got to be done. It's not a matter of just dissolving the brain tumor. Because the brain tumor is a manifestation of this underlying thing that we're going to be working with comprehensively, right, in, in three major aspects that we're, that I was talking about.

Yeah. Okay, so now,

Okay, so then we have a, okay, by the way, you know, you guys, I won't be getting to your questions. I'm going to try to do [00:49:00] all of these and you too, but please join the group so we can do these questions because your questions are all really important. We've got to get to them. You can't go week after week after week and not get answered.

It's not fair. It's not right And and if you can got any ideas of what I can do to make more of these questions answered You know, I don't know what else to do. So let's get on the groups. Let's do this. Okay, let's make sure everybody's happy and getting our questions answered and teaching each other.

One thing that I'm noticing on the CFCs groups, and Kathy brought this up to me, and that is that they're starting to, it's starting to form its own, life. It's the group, everybody's really supporting each other. So really, it's an important group. I, you know, not just for me and all the other content I'm doing, but just the fact that you're in a group of people who are on this journey and I want you all to know something, the journey that you think you're on, by the way, anybody, I don't care what it is.

If you don't have a diagnosis or anything. [00:50:00] We're all on the same journey. And what is that journey? That journey is there's a place over there called paradise. It's also called health. We're all on the journey to health, all of us. And and anybody who's on a different journey. Is making a terrible mistake.

Because you think your journey is to get rid of something. Then you don't understand that that something that you want to get rid of is a manifestation of which there are many that don't exist in a condition called health. So if you're in health, none of that exists. And the goal is health. You don't want to get rid of one thing and find out you've got, you know.

I'm going to get rid of the colon. CFCs I have, I get rid of my brain, CFCs, then I find out I have heart failure or I have, horrible ulcerative colitis with bloody mucusy stools and pain all. I don't want any of that. I don't want any of that. No, neither do you. We're on that road to health, all of us.

[00:51:00] Kids, grandmas, us, on that road, we're not here to get rid of this or that, this or that, because there's millions of this or that, this or that. And they are only here because we're not there. Once we get the help, there is none of this and that. Please remember that, everybody. Okay, so, now, here's another question.

Lupus? This is Haley. How to heal lupus. Okay, so lupus, if you just clarify the terms here, lupus comes from the full word, which is systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE. The word lupus comes from because they, they used to typically get a red rash, which they said was in the shape of a wolf. I mean, I don't know how they got that metaphor analogy, but anyway,

excuse me and then erythematosis, erythema, red, blood, osis, condition of, it's just, it's just, it's just medical na na na na na na na na, medical na na na na na na na [00:52:00] na, it's medical words that make you think they're so smart, my god, I'm so impressed, I'm so impressed with these doctors, but don't be impressed, be depressed, be depressed.

and run. Okay. Sorry if t out there because glad you heard it. So you know what? Here's the pro We can't run from ourselv Whatever it is we are and undo it and get back to being human now You heal lupus in the same way all things heal. There's only one way to heal.

Don't let this get out It's only one way. Are you ready? You sitting down? Okay. What is it living healthy? Oh my god, you mean it says that's too simple I want I want something more complicated. Come on. It's got to be more complicated than not It's not living healthy. The only way not another way you can you buy it new You You can order it, you can command it, you can negotiate it, you [00:53:00] can earn it.

Kind of like respect. Can you demand respect? You can demand fear. Can you negotiate respect? You can earn it. Respect and health. Good friends, good buddies. Anyway, it's the only way to get healthy. So therefore, how do you heal? You heal by everything I was just telling Suzanne. Alright? And, because whether or not you have a C CFC or not, it doesn't matter.

Okay? Gotta remove the cause. Cleanse. live a healthy life, eat real food, and wake up the immune system. All of that includes turning this off. All right,

so lupus. I don't know to what degree you have lupus. See, lupus is not a thing. We're talking about it as if we're giving it the acknowledgement that it's a thing. It's not a thing. In fact, oh, I can't show you, but I got it. At least let me at least explain to [00:54:00] you. This is pretty amazing. Well, let's see.

Let me see. Let me ask this guy. You all know Chad. Okay. So what are the criteria for the diagnosis of SLE? Let's see what Chad tells you. You know Chad. Chad is the guy. I have arguments, great arguments with Chad.

All right, so yeah, here's cool. So this is 219, the EULAR slash ACR classification criteria. Yeah, okay. So the, if there are criteria to, it's not like you can't define you've got to have a positive ANA, positive anti nuclear antibody. What does that mean? That means it's an antibody they found, but it's just positive in.

Many, many situations, not just lupus. So, okay, so you got to add that and then you have the digital weighted criteria. You have to have total score greater than 10 required [00:55:00] for classification. And the clinical domains are skin, joints, serosal, neurological, hematological, renal. Immunological domains mean you have a low complement, a complement, those are things in the blood, anti DSDNA, anti Smith antibodies.

Points are assigned based on specific findings. Higher weighted criteria, I just, tell me when I should see it. This is the SLICC 2012 criteria. You have not to have clinical criteria, they have acute cutaneous lupus, you need to have a malar rash, a chronic cutaneous lupus, you have to have a discoid rash, you have to have oral and nasal ulcers.

Okay, what I'm saying is, and it's usually 8 out of 10 of these and 5 out of 6 of these, and what I'm saying is there's no thing, it's the, it's just, they make it up, so don't think you've got a thing called lupus. What happens is, your immune system is

Dealing with something that has not yet been identified.

When we say autoimmune, we are [00:56:00] implying that the immune system is going after itself. The immune system is attacking the body for some I don't know why, why, why do they think that? They call that a genetic They love that word that phrase the genetic predisposition. I have a genetic predisposition To attack myself.

I mean no I have a genetic predisposition Disposition to develop a tumor. No Show me that i'm gonna see it show I any geneticist any biologist on earth You Right now, ask you, show me the genetic, show me the gene that is a predisposition to get something. Show me, I wanna, I've asked everyone, no one, I can't find it.

There are no such thing, they make this up and we buy it, don't buy it. There's no genetic predisposition to it. Genes are not predispositions. Genes are or they aren't. [00:57:00] They're not predisposition.

What is predisposition? Look, I could, we could take this all away. Well, how do you define predisposition? You can't. It means that you are in a situation where you're possibly, this is going to happen. Uh,

well, yeah. And I'm also in a predisposition. I'm predisposed to go shopping. I'm predisposed to go to sleep tonight. I'm predisposed to eat later. I'm predisposed It's, it's absurd, please.

So there is no lupus. What there is, is you've got antibody. Your immune system is overactive and out of balance because it's dealing with stuff that we can identify. So here's what we need to do. We need to get rid of all potential toxins, clean them out, and then go on a, a good, thorough cleanse.

I'm from this, this works. I've, I've, it works. Okay. I've seen it work. It works. And it's [00:58:00] the only thing that does work. So we need to do that. First of all, I would do this few tests. I would do a lymphocyte subset. I want to see exactly where your lymphocytes are, what they're doing. And I would get it done at

where's that place? What's it called?

I haven't used it for a long time.

Anybody know? Okay, anyway. It's called,

it's called Lymphocyte Map, M A P. Look that up, see if you got it. And whatever that company is,

Whatever that company is. Whatever that lab, Cyrex, C Y R E X, I think it's the lab. Okay. They do a really fantastic liposide subset. That's important. Everybody who's got a CFCs or autoimmune or whatever, do that to find out what's going on just to see where we're at. And then just clean, clean, clean, clean. You've got to clean, clean, clean.

And there's no thing called lupus. It's your body is Your immune system is, is, is responding to something. Now, we need to clean those out. We need to also get rid of parasites. Now, by the way, [00:59:00] parasites are, there are two aspects of the immune system. They've kind of been divided broadly to be Th1 is an acute, acute reaction going to kill, gobble, kill, gobble, kill.

The other one is more chronic. That, that TH2 is associated with autoimmune conditions. And so, and that TH2 is, is, I'm sure it turned on with you. And we need to turn that off and we get you back to the, you need to be weighted towards TH1. Okay? This is what happens. So the way we do that is by cleaning out all the toxins and then doing a good fast and cleanse and colonics.

All the things, the same things. Start eating real food. We've got to do all this. Go to sleep. All that has to happen. All right. And then we need to do an antiparasitic. We need to do a parasite cleanse because we don't know. We'll never know what's in there, but we do know that it's in [01:00:00] there. We've got to get rid of the parasites.

We do know that. And we're going to be, we've got the biotoxins. We're exposed to BPA. We're exposed to all of these biological toxins electromagnetic frequency. We're exposed to all that. We've got, got to get away from 5g and all that stuff. We're. Faraday clothing move away from places like that. Get as far away as you can from these exposure to these 5G. You've got to, 6G is coming out or is out, who knows?

I mean, depending on how sick we are, we'll, we'll, we'll determine how far we will go, right? And so, so all of those things that I mentioned but I know it's, I'm giving you a lot and, and there's no way you're going to do it by yourself. And so join our group, join the. And let's get started so I can help you individually.

All right. So, cause I can't. But and the bizarre thing is that we all need the same thing because it turns out that [01:01:00] whether we know it or not We're all the same. I know we want to not be the same. I'm unique. I mean, no, no We're not unique in any way in any way Well, I have this. This thing on my On my nipple.

Nobody else has this thing on their nipple. Oh, okay. So grant, let's say you do have this thing The point i'm making is that Physiologically anatomically we are the same Immunologically, we are the same our nervous system the same. Our emotions the same We all have the same emotion. We all have we all need to love we need to be loved We need to be careful.

We need to be respected we need to touch we need to be touched We need to be acknowledged. Comforted, we need, we love to comfort, but there's nothing different

and you're not going to find anything different and [01:02:00] don't look for it. Look for the sameness. Let's look for what unites us. Let's look, let's find those parts of us that are, that make, that, that will allow us to be brothers and sisters that we are, right? Instead of adversaries and competitors. We're all brothers and sisters.

We're on a journey called life and we're all, you know, we're in this together and, you know, let's love each other. Let's hang on each other's shoulders and let's go. Let's go. Let's go together. All right. We're not different. Is there any value in being different? What does it mean? What does it mean? I'm different.

No, a frog is different than me. But again, the frogs on this journey towards life and health and

yeah, it looks different, but guess what? It doesn't look any different than the other frogs. How about a penguin? Imagine being a penguin. You can't even pretend [01:03:00] to think you're different, right? Penguins. Imagine being a penguin. They're all the same. By the way Nah, never mind. I won't say it.

Okay, so here's somebody down here saying that you have an AAA positive. They told you had Raynaud's. Okay, and then mixed connection, and then they also told you have mixed connective tissue disease. So what does that mean? It doesn't mean anything, right? Okay. And what they haven't told you is, how do I get rid of this, right?

Okay, so renals, you have freezing up of your fingers and toes. Lymphocyte map, yeah, that's it, Kathy. Lymphocyte map, and it's I think it's with Cyrex, all right? And it's not lymphocytes, lymphocytes. Lymphocytes are white blood cells. Lymphocytes are white blood cells. So we have red blood cells, as we know, red cells.

We have white blood cells, and we have platelets. Yeah, Cyrex, all right? And I have heard nicotine is good for glio. Have you heard of that too? Yeah, [01:04:00] Maria by the way who is it? Dr Artis first

told the world that it was helpful for

what is it? What's the stuff that comes out of, what's the poison that comes out of venom, venom venom. And then he got a lot of notoriety on that. Now he's taking it all away. And yes, nicotine is a really important part of nicotine. Which is a derivative of nicotinamide, which come, you know, which basically comes from it's vitamin B three that we need to make a nicotinamide, which has got of all, it's really important, NADH, NAD plus a lot of very, very important things.

But it's also a neurotransmitter. So like people who get addicted to nicotine, what the means is that they're, they're getting a substance that is. Used by the brain to function. And so they're getting excess of it. So when they don't have that, it makes them feel [01:05:00] Like, you know, something's not right, right?

That's what, it's not an addiction in the real sense of it, but nicotine is, is helpful. But again, there's not the one, there's not, unless you have a specific deficiency, there's not one thing that will help resolve illness. Yes. If you have a vitamin A deficiency, yes, vitamin A will result in vitamin B.

Yes. Other than that, we need to restore balance and that's restoring all of them. So we don't, I don't ever look at, because even I give you back the vitamin C that you were lacking and you don't have other, You're still malnourished in other ways. It's not the idea is to restore. Don't look at these individual things.

That's why I don't get tests on you know, heavy metals. Who doesn't have any metals? Have I met anybody that doesn't have any metals? I [01:06:00] did from, from Tasmania, but I mean, right. But other than that, everybody's got a heavy metal problem. So we all need to do some sort of chelation period. Right. And if you don't want to go sit at the doctor's office and try to get someone to write you a prescription, you for DMSA and you take DMSA and you can take a good seven day course, wait 10 days, do another seven day course, wait 10 days, do another seven day course, and then maybe just do a 500 or

even a thousand milligrams two or three times a week before bed. And just to keep it in maintenance, we all have heavy metals. What are we gonna do about the biotoxins? We can get biotoxin binders, but we also have got to avoid them, right? We've got to avoid getting exposed to plastics and all those sorts of things.

You've got to live your life defensive. EMF. You know what to do

now. Okay. So let's see. What are next questions? So lupus, I hope you understand what I was saying. I don't mean to But I [01:07:00] join our group so we can haley join the group so we can help help you. Antonetta H pylori infection. Okay. How do you treat that? Again, H pylori. It's funny about H pylori, the vet, the veterinarians have known about it for long before we did, but they're in the gastric, they're in the gut stomach and they're, it's out of balance again. Again, it's not, this is the culprit. It's out of balance, but the way to kill them the best way is with colloidal silver.

You can take, and you're the only one colloidal silver in the world made by natural immunogenics. It's our Jensen 23, where you get a doctorate. Because it has to go through a doctor, you get a doctor to prescribe it, you can actually get a big jug of it, a gallon. And you take so for normal things, you just take maybe a teaspoon, tablespoon, three or four times a day.

But for H. pylori, you take maybe like a half a cup, maybe a little more. And you lie down on your [01:08:00] back. For maybe 15 minutes, you turn on your right side for 15 minutes, you turn on your belly for 15 minutes, and you turn on your left side for 15 minutes.

And then do that again, either later or the next day. Do that a few times, and you're going to get rid of the H. pylori. And, but you've got to get the RGET in 23, because it's the Nano size 0. 8 nanometers can't tell you how small 0. 8 nanometers are, but it's not going to coalesce. It's not going to cause problems that colloidal silver could cause it can't a lot of a lot of studies.

Look it up on PubMed. Amazing. Anyway, that's what you can use for H pylori because the other why you got to use you got to use triple antibiotics that destroys your other other bacteria. The colloidal silver does not destroy the other

is what works. Yeah. Also, contact Natural Immunogenics. Ask to speak [01:09:00] to

someone about a particular protocol. If they don't, if you're having trouble with that, just say you want to speak to Seth. He'll love that. Seth. Tell him Dr. Lodi sent you. Seth.

Leaky Gut. This is

I hear you loud and clear about eating only human food. I've been on an elimination diet for almost four years trying to fix the leaky gut so I won't have delayed allergic reactions or sensitivity towards most food. Yet the latest round of food sensitivity tests out of 90 foods, I literally had four that I did not have a sensitivity.

Lamb, cheddar cheese, sardines, and all. Last time I tried that. juice diet.

My blood sugar went through the roof.

Maybe a quarter apple.

Wow. So, okay, Amy. So, Amy's done a lot. She went to a biological [01:10:00] dentist. She's tried, she, she did, she did five rounds of the comprehensive parasite clearing. She did and then she found out she was, last time she did the juice cleanse, a quarter apple, like a whole quart of green juice, and her blood sugar went through the roof.

Lamb, cheddar cheese. So, she found out she's got a sensitivity to lamb, cheddar cheese. Sardine and olive, which she never did in the past. So,

okay, Amy, I, it's, this is not a good way for us to communicate, because I'm just, I, there's, there's a

quarter of an apple spread out over a whole quart

of green juice

cannot make your sugar go high. That means a quarter of an apple that's being

You know, it's not even a quarter of an apple. It's got all this other stuff that's preventing it from being absorbed immediately. And you're doing it over a period of time to drink a whole quart. So, it's just, it's just [01:11:00] chemically not possible. So I need to understand what really is happening with you.

And I don't know if you've tried to heal your leaky gut. But there are ways, right? We know those ways. We know that a water fast, we know we can use, you know, biocidin to try to, some people can't take it, if you can't take it, don't. If you can, it'll help you eliminate the biofilm, but if not, don't worry about it.

You've got to get on the you know, aloe vera and and the glutamine. And I think it's zymogen that puts out a product that's got a combination of the two. Very, very important.

Very important. Because it's the the glycogen the glutamine is the fuel for these cells and they need to be Akkermansia, which is an important and a bacteria it's job is to heal tight junctions, but again, water fasting. So I would do, I would, what I would do is this, if doing it with green juice, I can't with a [01:12:00] quarter of an apple, then use carrots use something to make it taste good

or don't do the juice. It's just to go straight in the water. Go in the water and do water for about three weeks. Drink lots of water, make sure you put enough salt in it twice a day. By the way y'all, we're gonna start a fast. We're gonna do a fast and I, the reason we don't have the dates is because of our internal changing of staff and all that.

So, But as soon as I have the days, we're going to do it. But in the meantime, what you want to be doing. So we're going to go through a fast together. We'll do a 21 day water fast. And then we might even have a separate telegram group. I'm not sure yet where we can all communicate in real time about how to deal with the vicissitudes of fasting.

Which we, you know, but, and, and, and, and so leading up to it, let's all just start, start eating. So this year, okay. Whatever you did last year, guess what? It doesn't exist anymore. [01:13:00] That yesterday isn't this morning. Isn't those are ideas concepts. Okay. So what we're going to do is we're going to eat nothing But uncooked food between now and the time we fast why because we're going to be as healthy as possible We're going to stop eating five hours before sleep and we're not going to eat no more than six hours a day Maybe 12 to 6 or maybe 11 to 5 or maybe 10 to 4 whatever it is We're going to do that in preparation.

So when we begin the fast, it won't be such a toxic First few days because the first few days of the water fest can be toxic if you're releasing all these toxins But if the light the less toxic you are the less you can do it Have an enema bag. So because you want to be getting doing enemas and anyway, so and by the way for the for the

for the Amy for the you're doing great Amy fantastic. I don't know what's going on with you I wish [01:14:00] I could you know have a conversation with you

Just eat nothing but 100 percent fat food for now. And let's get up to the fast and let's do the fast together. All right. By the way, water, do you have RO? Do you have RO system? Get a good RO system that takes up 99. 9 percent of everything. And

you know, that's it. You can,

you want to make sure the alkalinity is still about 7. 4 because usually in water cleanse. Water fast, you're not able to, you're not going to be eating plants. You won't have any other sources for minerals. So we want to make sure it's mineralized, a good mineral water with a pH of at least 7. 4. You don't want those crazy ones that have high pHs because I don't know what's in there.

But anyway, at least 7. 4, no more than 8, no more, max. You don't even, yeah, you don't, yeah, you don't want that high, 5. Just keep it at that. I'm telling you, really. [01:15:00] And it's And let's do this. Let's have your animal with you in the bag and have some Himalayan sea salt. And that's it. And that's all we need.

And then we'll do a, we'll do a fast. Now. I know there are lots of experts out there doing, doing fasting. I was watching a lady the other day. A day, 24 hours you have this, 48 hours you have this, and 72 hours you have a whole new immune system. Anyway, I lost, almost lost my license for talking and recommending fasting.

And now suddenly everybody's become an expert. It's probably because of Professor Longo doing his work, but whatever. I've been following and doing fasting. 60, 70 years now. My studied with the greatest.

You know, you know, I don't know, Jennings, you know, Troll, you know, these guys from the 1850s, 1840s, you know, Herbert, Herbert Carrington, you know, all these [01:16:00] people that have been doing fasting for a long, long time with incredible results. And then suddenly, with the advent of the germ theory, then the Flexner report, Then suddenly, fasting became quackery.

And

now, there's some scientific validity to the fact that fasting works. Oh, that's great. Okay, so now it's okay. But, I'm just saying, all these people that are experts, find out from them. Ask them, okay, I'm going to go do a fast with you. When was your first fast? How long have you been fasting? And who are your, who do you study, who'd you study, who'd you learn about fasting from?

Um. You know, the Egyptians fasted. You know, the Jews fasted. You know, the Christians fasted. You know, the Muslims fasted. Even the Christians, one day, you know, but the real esoteric members of each religion did some true fasting. Maybe Moses, 80 days. Anyway, [01:17:00] so, fasting is a part of every religious tradition.

Of course, including Buddhists and Hindus and all. It's been a part of, of, of, it's been part of the healing in Chinese medicine. It's part of the healing and all medicines it's always been. And then suddenly it became Rockefeller doubt. It got killed and knocked out. And then, so most of the people that are around today, practicing didn't do it.

Didn't know about it. And now suddenly they became experts. And that only the reason I'm telling you is to be aware, make sure that you're dealing with someone who, if someone says, look, I've been, I know, but I've been reading it. Okay, good. Then go for it. Because we need a lot of people out there. Like I know True North.

These guys have been doing it for a long time. They know about it. Yeah, that's good. There are, I'm sure there are other, I knew of a guy once in Brazil or Argentina. So there are places out there that really understand it, but make sure you know about it. Oh, wait, let me just grab this. Hold on one second.

Sorry, cat, cat problems today. Not problems, just cat stuff. I went, [01:18:00] couldn't find anything wrong with my teeth. Okay. Okay. You went to find it. You got, who did you go to? Listen, Amy, go, go, go see Dr. Emma of Rameon in California. Have her check you out. You gotta know. You gotta know. You cannot not know. I don't know who you went to. You can't go to a regular dentist and ask them anything.

Anything. Except maybe where's the exit. That's a good thing to ask them. You can't be, you can't be allergic sensitivities to fermented food. Fermented food means food that has gotten good products and bacteria and stuff.

No, okay, you've got something going on Amy, that has not been discovered and you haven't been going to the right people. You haven't been going to the right people. I know that.

Okay, so start, you're going to start with the water fast, but you've got to get to a real biological dentist. Make an appointment. Fly, go see Emma. What can I [01:19:00] say? I don't know of anyone like her on this planet. I don't know. It sounds like you've got some serious problems. You need to go there. And start with your water fast.

And get into our group so we can have more discussions. I can't have this little bit of you telling me. We've got to have interaction. We've got to have interaction. So, Amy, join the groups, okay? Please.

Erica.

My mother's doctor is refusing to even talk to me. Entertain the conversation. She says do you prescribe Antipyretic antiparasitics to help treat pancreatic CFCs. I know she wants to do antiparasitic protocol However, I don't know how to get a hold of the medicine. Ah Okay, so pancreatic CFCs is much more than that, but that also is extremely important.

I am right now working to get These antiparasitic. It's pretty soon to be available for everybody. I'm gonna give you a place to call and you can just get them All right, that's working on that. It's gonna be [01:20:00] done very soon this next few weeks Okay, you'll be able to get antiparasitics now, but with pancreatic CFCs, there's a just with any CFCs There's so much more than just that you can't focus on one thing Again, everyone seems to get focused on these individual aspects.

We are a mind body spirit complex, and the body is complex beyond comprehension. You've got to get rid of Okay, I don't know, Erica, about your mother, but she's done with biological death. I don't want to repeat, I don't want to say the same things over and over again. So I hope you were listening before.

Your mother's got to do all that, and I will be making antiviruses. Now this is hip. I'm having light chain multiple first three years. So she had multiple myeloma doing conventional treatments. I am in remission right now, but every two to three years, my numbers [01:21:00] bounce back again. What if I can completely get out of this forever?

Do you have success helping or caring someone who's had light chain multiple myeloma?

Okay. I don't know really how to, how to say this, but there is no such thing as multiple myeloma. No such thing as. A lupus. There's there's these things don't exist. What's happening is these light chains are coming up because there is a, there's a specific set of toxicities that are resulting in your immune system.

You know, the light chain, all these are produced by plasma cells, which are produced by B cells that are stimulated by something. And you don't know what that something is in your case. And so, therefore, we've got to, we've got to do all the cleansing we talked about with biological [01:22:00] chemistry and all that sort of thing.

However, with multiple myeloma, which is similar to the other conditions that we call, like, leukemias that are, have an origin in the bone marrow, what I suspect, and I'll never be able to see it, identify it, maybe is that there's some sort of microbe Micro organism or this balance in the bone marrow that we haven't identified and we need to restore that balance and figure out what it is.

So when we, in your situation and other woods, other people, when we use antiparasitics, that's what we need to not only get rid of the worms, but the protozoal. The. individual one cell organism Nidazoxonate, tenidazole, pretty fundamental, get all of them. That's very very important. Now, there's another [01:23:00] one the the the cyclines the tetracyclines There's one called monocycline now

The thing about the doxycycline, tetracycline, monocycline is that they go into the cell

They're into the cell and they can help eliminate cleanup down in there Now,

many, many, many brilliant, brilliant people in the field of oncology have concluded that there are some sort of

organisms involved in this whole process of CFCs. Like I mentioned earlier, Royal Raymond Wright called them the BX and the BY. They were nano sized bacteria, and the conventional world didn't accept nano sized bacteria until around 1972. When they discovered the calcium, calcium forming microbiota bacteria that were involved with atherosclerotic plaques in [01:24:00] the artery, causing what they call coronary artery disease.

And then they found those and they said, okay, when they're nano sized, they're producing calcium and it gets to the arteries. and it's a big, big problem in, in cardiology because they're saying, Oh, it's cardiology infectious disease. But anyway, he's nano sized, they are, they're nano sized and they're meaning that our blood, which we used to think of as sterile is only sterile at a certain level of, of being able to detect.

There is a smaller level at which it is. home to, and there are lots of organisms that are living.

And then therein, also we have to realize, therein is where the protid is, or where the protist, or the fundamental organism that was identified by Underling, who talked about the you know, polymorphism versus monomorphism. So it's a very extremely, extremely complex subject that we really have no idea of.

And we've been [01:25:00] And I think it's our approach, the way we all came into this throughout the last several hundred years, a thousand years. We never viewed it from another perspective. But, so we're coming into it, we're discovering things with our allopathic mindset. But I don't care if you're a naturopath or what, you're allopathic.

And it's the Western mind of, you know, this and that. But in other words, what I'm saying is that our bodies are, are, are, are, are, are just teeming with organisms. We need them. They, we need, they are us. They they are, they provide for us. They're part of who we are. When we get out of balance, then we start to see problems and that's when we see what we call infections and other things like that.

So what I'm saying is that something's going on in the bone marrow with multiple myeloma and leukemia and things like that. So we need to ultimately within every situation restore balance, get rid of toxins and all that sort of anti antiparasitics and stuff like that. But that's also where it now comes in the the [01:26:00] essential role of energy medicine, where we need to use you know, things like the Reif, the frequency generator.

We need, there are you know, but what Reif was able to do with his, with his telescope, microscope, was he was able to actually discover the frequency of these organisms. And it had to do with the fact that he had these extremely powerful quartz. Lenses that were made in Germany and I think with those quartz lenses He was able to he was able to refract the light in such a degree that he could actually measure the frequencies I'm not sure and I don't know why no one has tried to duplicate the microscope Everyone's duplicating the frequency generators, which are great But if you don't know the frequency then because remember Royal Raymond Rife treated when they gave him those 19 people at USC Medical Center who were in what they call terminal stage CFC and all, all of them were healed [01:27:00] 100%.

He treated them for three minutes every third day because he knew exactly what the frequency was.

So anyway, with your multiple myeloma, I, that's what I'm saying. We've got to do complete, utter cleanse. We've got to do anti parasitics and we've got to consider the doxycycline or minocycline. Thank you. And

you know, then the intravenous therapies definitely like at least three times, at least three times a week after you're taking the vitamin C the way we've talked about it, you're taking the vitamin D, is the intravenous high dose vitamin C. Also ozone a few times a week or eboo once or twice a week if you have a good eboo or 10 pass.

Those things are essential as well. Cleaning out the car, all that stuff is going without saying this time, right? So we do all those things. [01:28:00] It's essential. And I know this seems like, what, what did he just say? So that's what we've got to get on these groups. Cause there's no way I can say it all. Cause I feel like I just said up there earlier for somebody a lot of it.

And then I don't want to keep being redundant. So it's very important to join the group. But what I'm saying is that it with multiple elements, that's what's happening. Cleansing all the cleansing stuff. We won't talk about again. What that is targeting with this with these IVs and waking up the immune system with thymus and alpha one, methionine, kefla, etc.

But also Using, in your case, especially using frequency generators and the, um, anti parasitics, okay? Because in the bone marrow is something, there's something there that has to be eliminated and the balance needs to be restored. Multiple myeloma and any leukemias.

The only two frequency generators that I know of that are good, of course, is the GB4000 and the Spooky2. But, again, if you don't know the [01:29:00] frequencies, what are you doing? And you can do these long sweeps and all that, but Anyway, and that's what you're going to have to do, is the sweeps, where you go through all the possible

frequencies that could be, and then if you get what's called a, you get sick, a Herxheimer type reaction, then we say, okay, that's probably An area where it is. All right. So you've got to have someone who's experienced with using rife.

Hello. I understand CFC is your primary focus, but I'm hoping for from a North eastern Ohio, I had DNA tests that showed Lyme's two species of Lyme's and two species of mole.

My naturopath is unable to prescribe any drugs due to law here.

Conventional doctors refuse to treat.

I'd intend cytokine storm to the original treatment two years ago.

Karen, there's a guy who's in Chicago.

His name is Ross Houser.

He would be very good in this situation. Let me [01:30:00] see where he is.

Anyway, Ross Houser, H A U S E R.

H a U S C R M. D. Medical doctor. He was in Oak Park, Illinois. I mean, I know it's not where you are, but in terms of referral of someone who, at least close to you, he would definitely be able to help you. I don't know of other people. I don't live in the U. S. Anymore. So I don't know. But Get in touch with Ross Hauser and see if he can refer you further.

But limes and all you, I'm sure there's even other things too, that, that you have in there that are explosive. And I think what you've got to do is, I don't think, but what you have to do is the same thing that we all have to do. Get rid of the stuff, garbage, and start rebuilding a new body. We all have to do that.

All of us. No matter what you're going to do ultimately, you've got to do that. Okay? Now, okay, so [01:31:00] here's a woman with, where'd that go? Here's a woman with abreast CFCs. Her name is Faye. I've been bloated since my son was born in 2012. I've been looking like pregnant all these years. In 2015, doctors cut my gallbladder.

And in 2019, I was diagnosed with fatty liver. And in 2021, I was diagnosed with triple positive breast. I went through conventional and suffered severe damage.

Since 2022, I have gone all natural using any resource I can. I'm financially drained since 2019. 2021 I have been feeling fluid coming out from the top of my mastectomy site and fluid from my liver area to where the belly was. This happens during the day for no obvious reason. No obvious trigger, but only when I am awake.

So [01:32:00] Faye

bloated since 2012, since you had your son. So clearly you've, you know, you had an extreme dysbiosis. Now, first of all, Faye, biological dentistry, number one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and 10.

Then I don't know your current state of health, but juice cleansing and then a water fast. Sounds like you absolutely need that. And, and then, and then eating nothing but human foods, which is uncooked plants. So that you can get the proper, the appropriate microorganisms that that for, for humans, the kinds of microorganisms we need are the ones that eat uncooked plants and they, they will exist in a relative proportion that will be, that will stimulate every aspect of our, of our body.

So it's very, very important that you do what I just said.

And the fatty liver and all that stuff, that's just your liver reacting to eating improperly. That's all it'll be. It's not something you've got to cut [01:33:00] your gallbladder out. You know, they're what else you can't go to them. They're going to do something dramatic like that. That's what they are, you know, and they don't even care that it doesn't help.

Or that it makes things worse. They don't even care. Yeah, I mean, it's beyond, you know, but anyway, Faye. Yeah, so, and now you've got CFC's triple positive. It doesn't mean anything. I mean, it just means they can put you on, you know, drugs for the estrogen and drugs for the Herceptin for the HER2.

They won't do anything about PR positive, but That's all that means. They can put you on those things. That's all that means. That's all that means.

But that is just another manifestation of a problem that you already identified back as far as 2000, right? Which was extreme dysbiosis. And that was a, that was a, a [01:34:00] manifestation of, of basically a toxic system. So, that's where you've got to start right now, Faye. You've got to get the biological dentist, you've got to get the real one, you've got to clean out and do even a water fast, depending on your weight and all that.

And then you've got to eat nothing but, but real human food. You've got, you've got to do that. You've cleaned out your colon and all that stuff. All the things we talk about, you have to have done. Faye, join the group. Join the CFC group. Okay? Very important. Let's get you involved. Okay? And there's fluid coming out from your, where your mastectomy site was.

You know, I, there's, I, I can't say any to this of the extreme of a problem. I can't really say anything without getting much more information. So please join.

So here, you know, Maria, my 18 year old son has synovial sarcoma and has been battling it for four [01:35:00] years. We are tired of conventional treatments and need your help with deworming and alternative treatments. Okay, so, you know, you know, synovial sarcoma is just a location of where the sarcoma started in the synovium.

Synovium is usually what lines joints and but what's really odd is that it's not, that's no longer, that location is no longer a rare, it's happening frequently. situation. So I don't kn But you're absolutely rig son, we've got to do all about. Please have listen addition to that, what wo

is of the anti parasitics high doses and you work y maybe up to 1500 or even Three times a day, but you've got to work your way up to it. You've got to work with somebody on that. Nyclosamide. The other one is nitazoxanide, which is for the, the antiprotozoals that are in higher [01:36:00] doses, too. Both of them are, have been found to work specifically with sarcomas.

So they're very important in addition to everything else you're doing. So you've got to get a whole, you can't just say, I'm going to do that. You've got to somehow get in the group so we can Work this out. Your son's way too young to deal with this kind of stuff. Okay, so please get in touch but it's like close to mind and Night to socks night.

I love you

Your mother has stage four lung Cfc's with [01:37:00] metastases work with your doctor if i'm correct. How do I go about giving this to her? Well, fembendazole is all over the internet.

You can see that with joe Tippins, I mean, it's 222 milligrams three times a day, you know, that's what they do that's just for the fenbendazole, but there's many other things going on with your mother that we got to talk about, but for the fenbendazole answer, it's 222 milligrams, or they have 444 milligrams.

You can do it twice a day. I don't think it matters in that, but, but, but, but there are many, many other things, Christopher. I don't know how you were trying to get in touch with us, but I'm glad you contacted us here. I would join the group if you could. So,
